Mike DeFazio is a native of Lunenburg, MA and is a recent graduate of UMass Amherst. Mike played all 4 years on the UMass Club team as a Forward and Defensemen serving as a two year captain, and team President. He graduated with a degree in Sports Management, and had a life long goal of coaching hockey at a competitive level. Mike played four years of high school hockey at Lunenburg High School, followed by a year playing for the Junior Bruins.
Jamie Magarian is entering his 11th season involved with the organization. He began his tenure as the Head Coach in 2011 and has been one of the most important members of the staff that was greatly responsible for the growth and development of the program. Jamie continues to help with the behind the scenes efforts of the organization and is a pleasure to have around the rink.
Anthony is a native of Winchendon, MA. He played four years of NCAA hockey at Southern New Hampshire University graduating in 2016 with a degree in business administration. Prior to college attended St. Bernard’s graduating in 2011 and also Cushing Academy graduating in 2012. He has been involved in hockey his whole life and wanted to continue to share that passion at the college level. He currently works for Mylec Inc.

Rob Kearney joined the staff with Mike DeFazio back in 2015. In addition to working with UMass, Rob is in his 6th year as a Professional Strongman competing all over the world. This season Rob has officially become a full-time sponsored athlete. Rob is an excellent resource as a strength and conditioning coach and EMT.
